注意事項

bLink Technologiesはサイクルシェア用のシステムのみを提供しており、シェア自体は運営していません。サイクルシェア現地で貼り紙などで注意事項が張り出されている場合は、その内容が優先されます。いかは、一般的な注意事項になります。現地に張り紙等がない場合は、以下を守り、安全運転でサイクリングをお楽しみください。

• ​交通法規を遵守し、危険運転は絶対に行わないでください。
• 禁止区域や歩行者等の妨げになるような場所での駐輪は行わないでください。
• 利用中に遭遇された、事故・盗難等のトラブルによりお客様に損害が生じた場合において、自転車シェア運営団体及びbLink Technologiesは原因を問わず一切の責任を負いません。
• 利用中に事故にあわれた場合は、警察及び運営団体まで必ず連絡をして下さい。
• パンクが発生した場合は、最寄りの自転車屋に持ち込み修理を行ってください。修理にかかった費用は利用者様にてご負担いただきます。
• その他の故障が発生した場合は、そのまま貸出場所まで持ち込んでいただくか、走行が困難な場合は自転車シェア運営団体までご連絡ください。
• 自転車保険は運営団体によって異なります。詳細は運営団体にご確認下さい。​

Caution when using bike share

bLink Technologies provides the bike rental system. It does not operate the bike share itself. If there is a flyer about the rules of using bike sharing at the bike share site, please follow the rule on the flyer. If there is no flyer at the bike sharing site, please follow the rules below, and enjoy your ride.

• Please follow Japanese traffic laws, and drive safely
• Do not park bicycles in prohibited areas or in locations that obstruct pedestrians.
• The bike share operators and bLink Technologies will not be liable for any damages incurred by customers due to accidents, theft, or any other problems during the use, regardless of the cause. Before riding, please check to make sure the brakes work properly, and there is no malfunctions with the bicycle.
• If you have an accident during the use, please contact the police first, then contact the bike share operator and bLink Technologies.
• In the event of a flat tire, please bring the bicycle to a bicycle shop nearby for repair. The user will be responsible for the cost of the repair
• If the bike is malfunctioning, please bring it back to the Tourist Counter where you rented. If the bike cannot be ridden, please call the Tourist Bureau.
• Insurance policy varies with the bike share operators. Please contact the bike share operators for details.​
