    If you would like to have your user information deleted, please contact through this form. After we receive your request, we will delete your account, email address, name, phone number, and payment method details.  Deleting your account within the app will also remove all of this information from our system.  Transactions and payment history will be retained as necessary.  Anonymized bike usage related information will be retained, however, and payment method details.  Deleting your account within the app will also remove all of this information from our system.  Transactions and payment history will be retained as necessary.  Anonymized bike usage related information will be retained.
